So after much talking between Luke and myself (and his wife), she rightly won with a suggestion of raising money for UK based YoungMinds, a young person's mental health and suicide prevention charity. And so it was until Thursday 24th February 2022 when Russia invaded Ukraine and we all watched aghast at the TV and social media images. Charities sprung up everywhere but the International Red Cross are one of the few charities that have the existing infrastructure to have an immediate affect.
